What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase (unless it’s already been shipped)
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Wholesale
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items.

What is your shipping policy?

Most orders ship in less than a week. All items are shipped no later than 10 business days following the order. 

All card, notepad, sticker and frame orders over $35 includes free shipping in the U.S.

Shipping costs for other gifts vary by item.  

Can I add products after I've placed the order?

Absolutely! If your product hasn’t shipped yet, email Kayla at and let her know which products you’d like to add.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers are waterproof and UV resistant – and then we’ve added another thick waterproof laminate to the top of it.

How do I leave a review of a product I've purchased?
